Shoshone-Bannock Citizen Review Board.
The Shoshone-Bannock Citizen Review Board (CRB) is an independent investigative board to review citizen complaints of allegations of misconduct and abuse of civil rights by law enforcement officers including the Fort Hall Police, Corrections, and Fish & Game Departments. The CRB is established by the FHBC Ordinance CRB No. LWOR-2010-S6 for the maintenance of public safety and to promote public confidence in our tribal law enforcement departments. After reviewing citizen complaints the CRB is charged with making recommendations to the Executive Director, appropriate department supervisors, and the Fort Hall Business Council. The CRB is not a disciplinary authority. For more information on how to file a complaint or for a meeting with the Board, the CRB can be reached at 208-540-2851 or 208 236-1118.
